Notice is hereby given that it is possible that a majority of the city council or other governmental body may be present at these meetings to gather information.  If such a majority is present it may constitute a meeting of the City Council or other governmental body under Wisconsin's Open Meetings Laws and hereby being noticed as such, although only those committees referenced in these meeting schedules, will take formal action at the referenced meeting.

Following is listing of regularly scheduled Committee Meetings held within the City of Sturgeon Bay. Please note that this list states the regularly scheduled days; however, these dates and times may change and you should check at the posting places for confirmed dates and times of meeting.

Common Council	1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. (8:00 p.m. during June, July & August) or directly following Board of Public Works - Council Chambers

Finance/Purchasing & Building Committee	Tuesday preceding Council meeting - 7:00 p.m. - Council Chambers
City Plan Commission	3rd Wednesday of each month - 7:00 p.m. - Council Chambers
Personnel Committee	Prior to first Council meeting of each month. - Council Chambers
Community Protection & Services Committee	2nd Thursday of each month - 5:30 p.m. - Council Chambers
